Tool2Type is an online course spanning 6 Modules using Glyphs software.

Glyphs, a Mac OS based software is required for the course. Rob teaches on the Apple Macintosh operating system.
Sorry, PC or Windows environments are incompatible with Glyphs.
All Live Sessions were recorded and available for student access on this platform.

VIEWING THE LESSONS
It is recommended to view each lesson at least two to three times.
1. The first time, to get an overall understanding of the lesson.
2. The second time, to utilize the lesson with homework tasks for a practical understanding of Glyphs and creating a font from your own lettering.
3. The third time is helpful to review during and after completing lesson-related tasks and to accumulate questions for Live Class Sessions.

LIVE TUTORIAL SESSIONS
Live Tutorial Sessions are available for a nominal fee payable to the instructor:

Live Study Group
Typically held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
This is a 2-hour, virtual open classroom where students work on their fonts. Rob is available to answer questions during the work time. All students are welcome and can benefit from questions answered during each session - $10/student.

TUTORIALS
Tutorials are arranged outside of scheduled class times.
Small Group Tutorial
Minimum and limited to 4 students for one hour. Each student will receive one-on-one instruction per individual need for deeper concept understanding - $25 per hour/student.

One-On-One Tutorial
One student receives 30 minutes of individualized instruction with Rob Leuschke. $25/student for 30 minutes.
