Jacqueline Sullivan, Instructor Students build multiple layers with Cold Wax and Oil paint. The wax and paint are brushed, worked into a pleasing composition of layered, translucent color. Then, marks and patterns are created with various tools. A transfer technique integrate as a collage element that is “layered” within the layers of a cold wax painting.
