This session covers the basics of opening a document in Glyphs, glyphs cells, corner point/curved nodes, handles, terminology, and an exercise in creating shapes in a Glyphs cell.
The Live session contains additional useful information about paths, extreme points, shortcuts and installing the Auto Trace plug into Glyphs.

To maximize user experience. DISABLE Spotlight while using the Glyphs app.
To disable Spotlight on the keyboard shortcut for Spotlight:
• Open System Preferences
• Click Keyboard
• Click Shortcuts
• Click Spotlight in the left sidebar
• Uncheck the checkbox next to "Show Spotlight search" or set a different keyboard shortcut for it.
